To facilitate ESAC's assistance to states through its eMAC (Electronic Multi-State Application & Compliance) services, ESAC is establishing an eMAC advisory group. This group will involve current state regulators and will work toward establishing services similar to those of the NAIC and its SERFF (System for Electronic Rate & Form Filing) system, which is now used by all 50 states and over 3,000 insurance companies.
