ESAC Staff

Jane McCoggins, Executive Director, has over 20 years experience in association and non-profit organization management and holds a degree in business management and marketing from Baylor University. She served as Associate Director of ESAC from 1998 until 2004 when she was appointed Executive Director. She also serves as Executive Director of the Certification Institute. Jane managed the start-up and operations of a Small Business Incubator for the Southeastern Technology Center in Augusta, Georgia and also worked for ten years with the non-profit American Association of Petroleum Geologists in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

Elisabet Bell, Service Coordinator, brings over 10 years of administrative experience to ESAC, including two years as an employment and social security law case manager. She earned a BA in Biology from Hendrix College and holds a license in cytogenetics. Lis provides support to ESAC and its accredited PEOs, oversees the completion of annual and quarterly PEO reporting, maintains the database for the PEO client assurance program and assists with the services performed by the Certification Institute.
