Program Management

Board of Directors: Comprised of distinguished former state and federal regulators, independent industry professionals and industry representatives, the Board is responsible for governing ESAC and establishing its standards and procedures. The Board receives additional support from its legal and accounting advisors and service providers.

Professional Advisors: Professional advise and updates are provided to the ESAC Board of Directors and staff by ESAC's legal and financial advisors. Click here for information about ESAC's advisors.

Service Providers: ESAC contracts with multiple service providers to assist with the review and monitoring of ESAC applicants and accredited PEOs and to provide top-quality program and administrative support. Click here to view information about these professional service providers.
