Board of Directors: Comprised of distinguished former
state and federal regulators plus industry representatives, the Board is responsible
for governing ESAC and establishing its standards and procedures
with
assistance from ESAC's Industry Advisory Board. The
Board receives
additional support from its legal and accounting advisors and service
providers.
Professional Advisors:
Professional advise and updates are provided to the ESAC Board of
Directors and staff by ESAC's legal and financial advisors. Click

Industry Advisory Board: Established
by NAPEO in 1999, the IAB is composed of a broad industry representation
of all areas of the country and all sizes and types of PEOs. The
IAB's mission is to enhance public trust and acceptance of the
PEO
industry and to achieve more favorable and uniform treatment by
regulators nationwide by helping to improve ESAC's programs and
related industry participation in self-regulation.
Service Providers: ESAC
contracts with multiple service providers to assist with the review and
monitoring of ESAC applicants and accredited PEOs and to provide top-quality program
and administrative support. Click here

Staff: ESAC's services
are provided by a full-time staff consisting of ESAC's Chairman,
Executive Director, and Service Coordinator.
