Consisting of 13 PEO industry representatives, 2 independent industry professionals, plus 6 distinguished former state and federal regulators, the Board is responsible for governing ESAC and establishing its standards and procedures with assistance from ESAC's Industry Advisory Board. The Board receives additional support from its legal and accounting advisors and service providers.
